The rule
Fully refunded if we cannot match you with a pro within 48 hours.
If we cannot match you
We refund the full $24 to the payment method you used. Refunds are issued within 5 business days.
If you cancel
Before a pro is matched: the rule above applies. After a pro is scheduled: contact us and we will work it out with you. Deposits for requests cancelled after scheduling are refunded at our discretion.
The credit
When the job goes ahead, the $24 is deducted from the pro's bill. Your credit code is proof of payment. Credits do not expire while your request is open. Deposits for requests cancelled after scheduling are refunded at our discretion.
