Why a $24 deposit?

It is not a fee. It is the first $24 of your bill, paid now so we know you are serious. When the job is done, your pro takes it off the total.

Priority matching
Confirmed requests go to the front of the line and get a pro assigned first.
Pros who show up
Pros accept our jobs because every customer is confirmed. Fewer no shows for everyone.
Nothing extra overall
The $24 comes off your final bill. You pay the same total, just a little earlier.

You get a credit code
It arrives by email straight away, tied to your request.
The pro deducts it
When the work is done, your bill shows the $24 credit. You pay the rest.

Our refund rule: Fully refunded if we cannot match you with a pro within 48 hours.

If we cannot find a pro for your request, the deposit is refunded in full.
If you cancel before a pro is matched, the refund rule above applies.
If you cancel after a pro is scheduled, contact us and we will work it out with you.
