What we collect
When you request a service we collect your name, phone, email, ZIP code, address if you give it, the details of the request, and how you found us (campaign tags and referrer). When you apply to work with us we collect your contact details, experience and availability.
How we use it
To match you with a pro, to contact you about your request by phone, text or email with your consent, to process your deposit, and to measure which ads bring customers. We keep request details for 24 months and delete them sooner on request.
Who sees it
The pro we match you with sees what they need to do the job. Our payment processor handles your payment; we never store card details. Advertising platforms receive conversion signals as described in our cookie notice. Our processors are our payment provider, our email provider and our hosting provider.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete your information at hello@example.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Kansas residents may also request a copy of the information we hold about them.
